Salman Khan turns barber in Mission Sapne

Salman Khan’s love for charity is well recognised.

The actor not only initiates philanthropic events regularly but also supports others’ efforts.

Recently, the Dabangg (2010) actor shot for an episode of an upcoming charity-based reality show, Mission Sapne.
The format of the show requires celebrities to take on the small jobs for a day. The money earned by the known name is then multiplied and donated back to a person in need.

A source says, "For his episode, Salman took on the role of a barber. He extended support to Qurban Ali, a barber who lost both his legs. Although handicapped, he strives to return to his normal life and provide for his family."

The insider adds, "While Salman gave haircuts to men under Qurban’s guidance, he offered a champi (head massage) to women as he wasn’t sure about giving them haircuts."

The show will go on air soon and will feature Sonali Bendre as the host. Besides Salman, other celebrities, including Ram Kapoor, Ronit Roy, Harbhajan Singh, Mika Singh and Varun Dhawan have also participated in it.
